The Role
Jaywing is looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead our agency's rapidly growing performance-led social media offering and help shape the service for our clients.
This role will require end-to-end experience and capabilities in paid social. From managing client relationships and designing customer -focused strategy, to implementing, optimising and reporting on performance. You will work closely with the Director of Biddable Media and Head of Strategy to ensure client strategy and campaigns are cutting-edge, as well as being integrated seamlessly with other performance activities we manage.
You are a people’s person, are excellent organisationally, and have the ability to build rapport with clients.
You will be pulling your clients’ campaign objectives and strategising appropriate channels to market. Work alongside various in-house team members to produce the campaigns and bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Paid Social accounts with monthly spends ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+ a month.
- Develop paid social strategies which consider customer journeys, audience targeting and ad creative to deliver ROI for clients in a variety of industries.
- Construct results-led workflows and testing plans to achieve client goals.
- Setup and manage campaign optimisation in Facebook, LinkedIn and similar social platforms.
- Uncover insights from campaign performance and data trends to construct actionable recommendations.
- Present monthly reports and managing day to day communication / updates with clients.
- Work collaboratively with the PPC, SEO and Studio team to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Help develop the wider team by organising and running training opportunities.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, best practices in the ever-changing social space.
- Support the senior team in new business activity such as audits, analysis and pitches.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Paid Social advertising (preferably agency experience)
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok and organic social media strategy is desirable.
- Experience across lead generation, ecommerce & brand building campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social metrics and analytics.
- Advanced knowledge in optimal audience targeting and planning.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience in Google Ads is beneficial.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Confident presenting in front of clients of varied levels of experience.
