Giving online study a human touch
Higher education can be a life-changing experience - especially when Swinburne Online is your chosen university. The thing is, many people who are interested in studying at Swinburne Online, ultimately never take the plunge. Why? Because they’re unsure. Unsure about the technology, unsure they’ll get the support they need, and the big one, unsure they can fit study in around work and family. Our brief was to help them feel sure about SOL. We quickly realised the best way forward was to let real students do the talking, and share their own authentic SOL experiences. Over 2 years we collected the stories of 18 students, and crafted a campaign of well over 100 assets - everything from mini documentary films to social content and long-form print.
